Tracy Frigard, LMP

Tracy Frigard, LMP, is a licensed massage therapist at our Covington location. Tracy received her Certificate of Completion for the Massage Therapy Program from Renton Technical College. She is nationally certified with the NCBTMB and a member of the American Massage Therapy Association. Tracy specializes in medical and deep tissue massage, high performance lymphatic massage and advanced massage cupping. She has experience treating a variety of medical conditions including arthritis, bursitis, back pain, carpal tunnel syndrome, disc injury, diabetes, edema, fibromyalgia, headaches and migraines, postural dysfunction, sciatica, sports injury and overuse injury, TMJ, whiplash and MVA injuries.
Tracy is a native of the Maple Valley area and has been practicing at our Covington location since 2006. Outside of the clinic she enjoys spending time with her husband and three dogs. She also loves camping, golfing and gardening.

Elizabeth Franklin, PT, LMP
Physical Therapist & Licensed Massage Therapist, Maple Valley
Elizabeth Franklin, PT, LMP is a Licensed Physical Therapist, Licensed Massage Therapist, and Pro-FAST Trainer. Elizabeth combines her love of movement with assisting athletes to reach their full potential with our Pro-FAST speed and agility program.
Elizabeth earned her Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy from the University of Puget Sound in Washington. She is a graduate of the Massage Therapy Program at Renton Technical College. She gained experience in athletic training and treating athletic injuries during her college years.
Elizabeth has more than 34 years of dance training, including ballet, tap, jazz, gymnastics dance team, and cheer. She is a 3rd degree Black Belt in the martial art of Tae-Kwon Do. She serves as a team trainer for the local and state Washington Tae Kwon Do team, sending athletes to National Competitions.

Karin B. Bagay is a Massage Therapist. Karin earned a Certificate of Completion from Renton Technical College for an Associates of Science in Massage Therapy. She is certified with the National Certification Board for Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork. Karin is qualified in injury treatment, chair massage, Swedish massage, deep tissue massage, body stretching and range of motion, pregnancy massage, cranial sacral therapy, Reiki, and Quantum Touch. Her area of knowledge includes stone therapy, cupping therapy, bamboo fusion, and reflexology.

Colleen Deveraux, PTA, LMP is a Certified Physical Therapy Assistant and Licensed Massage Therapist at our Covington location. Colleen earned her AAS- Physical Therapist Assistant with Honors from Green River Community College at Auburn, WA. She completed her Massage Therapist training at Renton Technical College for Massage Therapy in Renton, WA. Colleen is certified with the National Certification Board for Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork.
Colleen serves her community as a Volunteer Firefighter/EMT. She is the Fire Commissioner for KCFD47.

Luyen recently moved to the area and has been practicing at our Covington location since 2011. Luyen loves assisting patients with their rehabilitation in a manner that is safe, fast and effective. Outside of the clinic, she enjoys soccer, hiking, camping, container gardening (with a special interest in heirloom vegetables), yoga and meditation.

Jennifer McLean, LMP is a licensed massage therapist at our Covington Satellite location. Jennifer received her certificate of completion for the Massage Therapy Program from the American Institute of Clinical Massage in Post Falls, Idaho. With over 14 years of massage therapy experience, Jennifer specializes in treating neck and lumbar pain. She has additional training in oncology massage, pregnancy massage and lymphadema and is certified in LaStone therapy. Her additional areas of interest include nutrition and chronic pain and energy balances. She loves educating patients and seeing positive results.
Jennifer has volunteered her services to Relay for Life, local marathons and cancer center events. In her spare time, she enjoys gardening, camping, fishing, cooking and entertaining.

Alex Brewer, LMP
Licensed Massage Therapist, Covington and Kent
Alex Brewer, LMP is a licensed massage therapist at our Covington and Kent locations. He received his certificate of completion for the Massage Therapy Program from Ashmead School of Massage. He specializes in deep pressure massage and has additional experience with Quick Release Therapy and Trigger Point Release. Alex enjoys watching patients progress and get better week to week.
Alex is an active reservist with the United States Coast Guard. He has volunteered his services at the Covington 5K race and performed massage therapy on fellow troops in the middle east during his deployment. In his free time, Alex enjoys playing video games, listening to music and politics.
