After Graduating from Physical Therapy school at UPS Elizabeth coincided working in the athletic training room throughout her college years. This allowed her exposure on the field and treating athletes in the locker room.
At present Elizabeth combines her love of movement with assisting athletes in reaching their potential through coordinating OPT's Pro-F.A.S.T. speed and agility program. Elizabeth personally has been involved in over 34 years of dance training, including classical ballet, tap and jazz and progressing to gymnastics dance team + cheer. Elizabeth has been involved in the marital art of Tae-Kwon Do, of which she is a 2nd degree black belt. Currently she is assisting as a team trainer for the local and state of Washington Tae Kwon Do team - sending athletes to National competitions.
